We offer professional tailoring services, including but not limited to: Custom tailoring for suits, dresses, and other garments Alterations and adjustments to existing clothing Design and creation of wedding and bridal outfits Tailoring services for ethnic and luxury wear

Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or scheduling services. We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Measurements

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements for tailored garments. While we can assist in taking measurements, we are not liable for any discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by you.

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices for our services are listed on our website or communicated during consultations. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment Methods We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment may be required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.

Deposits

For custom orders, a deposit may be required upfront. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the service. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order or appointment, please notify us at least in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit your deposit.

Refunds

Once your order is complete, we will notify you for pickup or shipping. Any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
